RGV DADS had an incredible experience cheering on the Rio Grande Valley Vipers at Bert Ogden Arena. For those unfamiliar, the Vipers are a powerhouse in the NBA G League, boasting four championship titles. Their most recent game was another thrilling success, adding to their legacy of excellence.
From the moment we arrived at Bert Ogden Arena, it was clear this was more than just a basketball game—it was an unforgettable family outing. The state-of-the-art facility is one of the best in the league, offering top-notch amenities that make every visitor feel like part of the action.
Before the game even started, the excitement was palpable. The arena concourse was bustling with interactive games, prize opportunities, and a host of booths sponsored by local businesses. It was inspiring to see so many community partners supporting our team and providing fun activities for fans of all ages.
When it came time to watch the game, our group had prime seating in the H-E-B Fan Zone, where we were close to the action on the court. Every play was electrifying, and there wasn’t a bad seat in the house. Of course, no game day experience would be complete without food, and Bert Ogden Arena delivered with a variety of delicious snacks, meals, and beverages that satisfied everyone in our group.
The highlight of the night, however, came after the game. Thanks to our exclusive ticket link, RGV DADS had the opportunity to step onto the court at Bert Ogden Arena and take free throws. This moment will forever be etched in our memories as dads and kids bonded over shooting hoops together. The laughter, cheers, and high-fives created lasting memories that perfectly encapsulate what our group is all about.
We were also thrilled to welcome a new family to RGV DADS last night! It’s always exciting to see our community grow and to share these special moments with more dads and their families.
